Helping children in the Philippines go to school
SIKAT transforms the education available to children in disadvantaged villages in the Philippines — because education is the strongest weapon in the battle against poverty.

Our mission
Investing in a child's education is the best way to help society in the future
We are a charitable trust run entirely by trustees and volunteers, with no paid staff. We link donors directly to those in need through child sponsorships, and help communities identify their own needs so they can become self-sustaining.

“There are two educations. One should teach us how to make a living and the other how to live.”
— John Adams
Education is priceless in helping young people overcome the obstacles and barriers that poverty creates in life. It gives you the chance to improve your health and well-being, and a say in how your society is run. We believe every child in Calingag deserves that chance.
Support our effort
Your generosity changes lives
Every donation, however small, helps us build classrooms, stock the library and give children the education they deserve.
